Refunds
Only customers who receive damaged or wrong items are eligible for refunds. If any of these describe you, send us an email at mail@shahulart.com along with pictures of the wrong or damaged items, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Exchanges
Yes, we offer exchanges and reshipment of damaged or faulty items only. Within a week, please email us at mail@shahulart.com with pictures of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information you may have about your purchase.
